He uses multiple email addresses and he is targeting people offering loans and business investment. He responses to adverts on
Craigslist and other classified websites.

He is also likely to use other names.

He claims to be based in Vermont, USA. He sometime uses a company name: Vermont Inc. This could be a fake company.

There are a lot of complaints against him in scambook.com.

He will request IDs to be sent to him.

He will also send his ID and Proof of Funds. Both are fakes.

His main aim is to get IDs in order to commit fraud.
