Mike Diamond Plumbing - George Brazil Sucker Punched Twice by this Company Costa Mesa California

Called Mike Diamond Plumbing to come and fix my air conditioning unit. George Brazil Plumbing shows up, and I'm told they are the same company. I thought that was odd and wondered why the gal on the phone didn't bother to tell me that since I was expecting a. Mike Diamond truck to show up at my house. So the guy fixes my a/c, and charges me $900. I later find the same replacement part on eBay (brand new for $12.00 but he charged me $630.00 for the part). Then to top it all off, they charge my bank debit card the $900 two days in a row for a total of $1800!

When I see what they've done and see that my account is now overdrawn I call and. I'm told "I can't do anything until my manager comes in on Monday" I tell the guy George Quintero that my bank is open today and I really need this charge reversed because it is bouncing my checks. George tells me that the owner Dave Montano "has to take a day off too, he has grand kids". What does that have to do with charging me double for a job AND bouncing checks in my bank account. When I first called and spoke to the gal at the "customer care" center and explained the situation, she said "I don't know why, but people get double charged all the time". REALLY? How dishonest is that? STAY clear of this company!!
