I purchased a puppy from Mike Diehl. I put a deposit of $1000 before the litter was born on December 24, 2017. Two weeks after litter was born I paid Mike an additional $2500. Mike shipped my puppy via Delta Airlines. When the puppy was unloaded from the plane, i immediatly noticed a deteriorated physical state of my puppy.

He had been vomiting, had diarrhea, very lethargic. I immediately took him to an emergency veterinarian. Once there the doctors started testing immediately. Unfortunately the staff and veterinarian exhausted all means of treatment and my puppy died. I invested another $3550 in medical bills. I had been in contact with Mike Diehl on numerous occasions during that time. He admitted that the who litter tested for the contagious canine Parvo.

He also admitted that he was having his whole kennel tested and treated. He said he advised his Schutzhund Club members to do the same as a precaution. Mike refused to compensate me for any of the money paid for the dog and veterinarian costs. Mike also denied my request for a replacement puppy too.
