I want to bring to your attention a company / individual (Mike Dillion)  has continually conducted scams across the country.

you can find the LLC under:  Better Care  Systems LLC  DBA  MEDIT.

Several employs have been seeking employment Pay checks from this company, and it apears they are trying to avoid this by opening a new LLC ( Better Care  Systems LLC   and still using there old business name of MEDIT (DBA)

We have contacted both local and state authorities, to no avail, also we we are seeking assistance from the west Va US state senator  Joe Manchin to investigate the issue.

Not sure why I looked him up in the internet then but I was glad I did that then. I suggest you hire a lawyer and get Dillon to pay for your services.

laptop to make up the difference. But he replied to the post and then took it down and threatened to sue me and told me to see his lawyer and take the laptop to him, well that didn't happen. The 2nd time I posed it was me informing my friends of what happened. 

Personally I would love to see an add with his face on it and even our local news stations get wind of it, if you want to run an add in the newspaper our paper is called the herald dispatch. I can't believe that he has been allowed to do this for so long. How bad did he hurt you? Me I quit my full time paying job with benefits

I want to let you know that in WV I have contacted the FBI and they informed me that this a civil matter between me and Mike Dillon.  Then I contacted the attorney general for WV and they redirected me to the WV labor board to which I have got a reply that states "it is out of our jurisdiction".  I then contacted
the Cabell county police and they said there is nothing they can do because he is running a labor scam.  I then contacted a lawyer named Freddy King who discovered that MedIT group LLC was a fake LLC and I needed to sue him civilly.

Since then I have not heard anything more but I have emailed US Senator Joe Manchin and also the BBB.  I have discovered that from the time that we were employed by Mike Dillon his business license was revoked in Dec 2012 under the business name of capitol networking LLC.  He has since then started a new business in Feb 2013 under the business name of better care systems LLC DBA MedIT.  I was there in Mike's home when he called you and hired you to work on the sammy server and I know the whole conversation on Mike Dillion's end of the call.  I have also found another former employee of his as well as a former vendor that he stole from.  If there is anything that I can do to help please let me know. ""

We the employee  have no recourse  in one of our basic rights as workers, in that of getting a pay check from our employers.
