I feel compelled to write this letter to your complaints board about a very unique landlord/tenant dispute that resulted in the property owner being cited for an illegal eviction. Mike Donia was the listing agent at 103 Hay avenue. A newly renovated property located in Toronto, Ontario

Mike Donia should never have been on the scene of an unlawful eviction in which he received a commission. Although it wil be vigorously denied by himself and other persons associated with his firm, a police incident report "TELLS THE TRUTH"

In the presence of the police. he spoke on behalf of his client and made no attempt to rectify his conduct. I encourage potential clients to be weary of his tactics that could leave you open to legal exposure.

The victim sustained tremendous financial losses including a news story that failed to mention MIKE Donia's name.  God does not like ugly.

This is no attempt to harm any person, or their business. I have written the truth. Rebuttals will be written no doubt. Mike Donia is entitled to defend his conduct. I trust he will explain why he was there? Licensed real estate agents should properly advise their clients and not aid them in breaking  precious human rights.
