On August 20, 2013, Mike from fleabusters came to our house to help us get rid of the fleas in our home.

He gave us a written guarantee that after 2 to 5 weeks we will no longer have fleas in our home. If after 5 weeks, we still have fleas, he will come over and service our home again free of charge. Then after the 2nd 5 weeks we still have fleas, he will refund our money.

After about 3 weeks and still seeing fleas, I called Mike to ask him a few questions. At first I called every few days. He would not call me back.

After the 1st 5 weeks, I called him everyday. Still he never called back. I emailed him once. He never responded to my email.

I tried many times to call hiim with no luck in him returning my phone calls.

On October 4, 2013, I called him and left another message telling him if he doesn't call me and come service our home again, I will report him to the Better Business Bureau.

On October 5, 2013, I received a text telling me "Mike was unable to work and will refund my money".  I think it was actually Mike who texted me pretending to be someone else. I informed him I didn't want a refund, I wanted him to stick to his written guarantee and service our home for a second time.

He never texted me, called me or emailed me back after that.

I begged him to please help us get rid of these fleas and to please call me back but he never would.

I asked for my money back but you never sent it. You wouldn't uphold the written guarantee or send my money. You never returned my phone calls. You are very unprofessional and a very bad bussinessman. Never do business with this guy. BBB was called along with the attorney General.

Odd story

Even with a written contract, you have no damage if the other side of the contract promised to fully refund you back. You were given the choice but you rejected it because your have too much pride. Now you are begging him to keep doing it? Why do you have to stick with his company? There is no other company to do it for you? That does not make sense, so I believe there are other stories behind all of this report.
