Mike Gensey Paid for a fiberglass pool and received nothing! Internet

I contracted with swimmingpoolnow.com to have a fiberglass pool installed. I paid $17,800.00 to have a pool installed by 09/30/2010 and have received nothing! I called the V.P. of the company, Mike Gensey, who told me that their installer, Ed Mara ripped them off and it is not their problem, because I did not sign a contract with them, but Blue Water Fiberglass Pools. He stated that Mr. Mara was an installer for their company and is now fired. Well, this Ed Mara would have have ended up coming to my residence if it wasn't for their website. In addition, his parter, Boris Blank took a $4,500.00 credit card payment from me which was paid to his company, CostumeSelection.com. Yet, the company claims that it had never heard of me. The website for swimmingpoolnow.com also advertised that the pool is installed directly by the manufacturer- however, Ed Mara is not an installer for a manufacturer of pools- he worked for them! Mr. Gensey offered me a deal- to pay "$17,495.00" without cement and a winter cover- this is after they took $17,800.00 from me- and asked me to wire $11,000.00 to them right away! My lawyer and the police think that the actuality of the matter is that this Ed Mara and swimmingpoolnow.com are in cahoots with each other. This is now a civil and criminal matter. Anyway, I am warning those who consider using swimmingpoolnow.com- stay away!!!
