Mike Hale Acura Liars, cheaters, deceptive, failure to honor warranty, unprofessional, dishonest, rip off, acura, nsx Murray Utah

Years ago I purchased a beautiful white Acura NSX from Mike Hale Acura. After having their service department change my oil, the motor seized up while driving into their parking lot. The car had approximately 3500 miles on it and was less than one year old. I checked the oil dip stick and it didn't register even after I put 3 quarts of oil in the motor. With no oil residue in the engine bay, I suspected that his service tech failed to refill the oil pan with oil. I sat in Mike Hales office and was told by Mike Hale that he was not going to repair the car under the warranty even though the car had 3500 miles on it and was under a 36000 mile factory warranty. These guys are crooks, do not deal with them under any circumstance. Shame on Mike Hale Acuraf or failing to repair a car that cost almost $60,000 and was possibly caused by his service techs.

I had another local Acura Dealer "Jody Wilkinson" tow my car to their dealership on that same day which I think was a Thursday. They proceeded to drive a new Acura Legend off of their showroom floor for me to drive. Jody Wilkinson called me approximately 6 days later to say that my car was repaired with a new engine and it cost me not one cent. The repair was handled with a smile and I couldn't have been happier. Kudos to Jody Wilkinson for their premium customer treatment and satisfaction.
