Mike Lisa www.creatureclones.com Ordered a pro puppet last year from Mr. Lisa. When I ask him about my order keep getting run around answers. Its been over 1 year and still haven't received product. Woodridge New Jersey

I placed an order for a pro Elmo puppet to be built from Mike Lisa www.creatureclones.com on October 1,2012 for $377.00 through PayPal from a Greendot Debit Card. At first Mike told me he would send me an Elmo from his collection then the story changed to I have to be patient because I have to build you one. In November of 2012 he said he would send it to me by December 2012 and it never happened. I have sent Mike numerous emails this year about my order and I keep getting run around answers such as I am building 3 puppets now then yours etc etc. I even offered to accept a character which is easier to make for him that we can agree on. As anyone can assume by reading this I still haven't received my order. I found a person named Toby(through a puppet forum) who ordered from him and he went through the same thing. He told me his credit card company got involved and then he received his order. From Toby and I exchange in emails,it doesn't seem Mr. Lisa will do anthing until an authority figure gets involved. After my email exchange with Toby, I have faxed my PayPal receipt and Mike's run around emails and contacted NYC and NJ Consumer Affairs,the NY State Attorney General,IC3, my 2 local politians offices,PayPal, and my local police department. It has been 2 months and I haven't heard from any of these agencies,the politians offices haven't done anything and my local police department said they can't do anything about it and told me to contact PayPal again or file a civil suit case. No one can do anything and I have receipts and about 12 pages of Mike's run around emails. I called PayPal today and told them what my local police department said plus the agency they told me to contact IC3 has not responded to me in over 2 months. PayPal has agreed to do a report on Mike Lisa and wants to find out if anyone else has a problem with Mike Lisa www.creatureclones.com. Also today I got a reponse through Facebook from Mike Lisa because I messaged him last night. I asked him what is going on with my order its been over 1 year and he said sorry for the delay I will get the puppet ready before the holidays. I replied with our history and told him lets get this resolved. The puppet or my money back and I don't wish to take this any further. Mike's reply is that he acknowledges our history is true and he has many orders and 1 year wait time is good but it is a typical 2 year wait time and he has only 2 hands and he will do his best to get me the puppet before the holidays. I was never told of this wait time until now. Does anyone know who I can contact so I can get some action against Mr. Lisa because the agencies I have contacted haven't done anything except for PayPal today. With my history with Mike,I doubt my puppet will be at my home before the holidays. Also without an authority figure involved nothing will be done.

PS. Just this in. I received an email from Toby and he just told me his total wait time was 9 months.

Issue with Mike Lisa resolved

The issue between me and Mike Lisa has been resolved. I received my Elmo pro puppet in early December 2013. Just wish the wait time was more clear from the beginning. That is all. Mike Lisa does excellent work. Worth the money.
