Contacted by Mr.Lucero after registering with Home Advisor for siding repair and exterior house painting estimates. We agreed on a date for him to come by.

Mr. Lucero called a couple of days later and said he wanted to reschedule the estimate because he would be out of town. I had received some estimates but agreed to hold off my decision for almost a week so he could bid on the job. He assured me it would not be too large for him.

The rescheduled date came and I was never contacted by Mr. Lucero, either by phone or in person. In my opinion he did not act in good faith. I have arranged for another contractor to do the siding repair first, but if Mr. Lucero will give me an estimate on the exterior painting he may do so.
