If I can recall, there's a picture of you half-naked in my shower on Mikes' site as well-- A picture taken by Mr. Mathia while I was in the other room, sick as hell and totally unawares.As a matter of fact, the next day, Mike told me you were moving into the complex and that we were breaking up. So please do not pander and extrapolate things. I have a right to post a ripoff report, and so I did. If you don't like it, I don't care.

I look at it merely as a Personal Credit Report-- for NO ONE should be allowed to live as he has, off the backs of others, and go through life with a clean slate. If you are not seeing this behavior then I am assuming that he climbed high enough on OUR backs, to get where he is today. Or merely that he is a good deceiver. Later on, I tried to acquire my own vehicle, but my bad credit history from not being able to pay my bills on time because I didn't have a job. She VOLUNTEERED to purchase this vehicle for me, and I would pay her the payments while I drove it. I thought that was nice of her, but in the back of my head, I knew that it would be held over my head, and sure enough, it was.

I held a job for some time, then found what I thought was a better opprotunity, tried it, and it turns out that was a scam, so once again, I was out of a job. I fell behind on a car payment or two at this point.

When I found job number three out there in Denver, I was catching up on things and things were going okay, so we decided to make a trip down to Rio Ranche, New Mexico where her parents lived (and she lives now) to visit family. Earlier in that year when her parents lived an hour away from Denver, I got to know them, and they seemed really nice people, so it was refreshing to get out of Denver.

Now that you have a little background, here's a little bit on why she submitted this.

Hypertech Computers. I am the co-owner of the business, not the owner, first and foremost. This business does have a legitimate tax ID, and it is a real business by all legal standards. Started in 1996, I did work out of my basement, then the business got too busy, so I tried to open my own office, but I found out the hard way back then, that having an office to work out of as well as paying employees to do the work costs too much money, and from the advertising that I did on the business, there was no need for the store front. So after that expensive mistake, I laid off my part time employees and moved it back into the basement of my residence. Then the driver's license issued happened. During that period, the other co-owner, Richard, ran things while I was gone, and when I returned, it was just down to him and I, but still a steady work load. Then I made the mistake of Denver. Then I came back. Now it's just Richard and I, once again, both A+ certified, and myself, also MCSE and Apple certified, technicians, working out of my basement. So yes, when it comes down to it, I do operate it out of my very decked out basement, to save costs to myself and pass those savings along for my customers. As far as the parts are concerned, yes, I put used parts in when the customer wants used parts (to save money) in their computer, and otherwise, when they request new parts, they get new parts. I have a Mac. Anyone that knows anything about computers, know that if you have a Mac, you can't use PC parts in them most of the time, so this accusation is stupid and totally false.

Yes, I Have a fancy set of cameras, I also have a decent laptop now, a nice Mac desktop, and a studio once again in Wichita, and a soon to be second location here soon. The girl is psycho, so I will not reveal that location here and now.

All of the above mentioned equipment costed me nothing? What about my studio in Wichita? The rent for that cost me nothing too? Wow. I should really look into that kind of deal. Sadly, this is not true. This equipment is not cheap, by any means.

I have no victims in anything that I do. Yes, there are under age models on the site. Yes, they AND their guardians, all have signed consent forms and modeling releases. Yes they are available for public view, call me and I will email it to you if you wish. No, there's nobody on my site posing in my apartment, with the exception of a few photos of my girlfriend Cara, which by the way, is well above legal age, and her, along with every other model I have shot, has done everything voluntarily, and was not forced to do anything, period. I have never tortured anyone or abused anyone a day in my life. I have prided myself in knowing that I go beyond the norm to help others in need, and I have plenty of people that know me, really truly know me, that are not psychotic, that can back me up on this. This is obvioiusly a personal vendetta to make me look like a*s, and it just shows to the public just how far she will go to try and get to me.

About the lies. I am a very blunt, up front, and honest person. This is truly the entire opposite of what or who I am. I actually put everyone else before myself, and the last thing I would ever do is put my personal agenda over someone else's. She thinks I used her in Denver for a place to stay, although I paid my fair share of the bills. And when her cousin that was staying with us got us kicked out due to him turning my home entertainment system up too loud, that she also stole from me, I was forced to get an apartment in the same complex under my name so that she would still have a place to live. About severing relationships. I have severed three in my life. My ex-fiance, this Melissa Flugstad, for obvious reasons, and one other person. Every single other person that I have met for more than 8 hours I have maintained contact with over the years, and some for decades now.

I have never tortured anyone or abused anyone a day in my life. I have prided myself in knowing that I go beyond the norm to help others in need, and I have plenty of people that know me, really truly know me, that are not psychotic, that can back me up on this. This is obvioiusly a personal vendetta to make me look like a*s, and it just shows to the public just how far she will go to try and get to me.

About the lies. I am a very blunt, up front, and honest person. This is truly the entire opposite of what or who I am. I actually put everyone else before myself, and the last thing I would ever do is put my personal agenda over someone else's. She thinks I used her in Denver for a place to stay, although I paid my fair share of the bills. And when her cousin that was staying with us got us kicked out due to him turning my home entertainment system up too loud, that she also stole from me, I was forced to get an apartment in the same complex under my name so that she would still have a place to live. So if that's me using her, then I guess she's right. I'll let you make the call.

About severing relationships. I have severed three in my life. My ex-fiance, this Melissa Flugstad, for obvious reasons, and one other person. Every single other person that I have met for more than 8 hours I have maintained contact with over the years, and some for decades now.

Then verify the information, check into everything, I recommend that with all of my clients anyways, and also call verify things, no matter what you do in life. You will soon learn that everything here is total BS from a psycho girl that has it in for me because she's butthurt about my leaving her over a year ago. She obviously has nothing better to do then to dwell on her past and type things like this to try and make me look bad when in fact too many people know me, truly know me, and know otherwise.
