Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was also a victim to these so called washer and dryer repair techs. I bought a washer, the second day i had had it broke. I attempted to call them for my warranty and never got an answer. I left several messages, and never got a response. Finally I gave up on them. Anyways I just wanted to warn others from buying from mike on craigslist.

We applogize for any inconvinience or misunderstanding that has occured because of this situation. We do truly intend to stand by our warranty and it is in writing. The only reason that we would not honor the warranty is if the machine were tampered with prior to our service call. We do have a 6 year old child who is in school and we run our business around his school schedule. If you do indeed have a warranty and still need this issue resolved please call us. We will do our best to resolve the problem. We have many satisfied customers who have never had a problem and want to keep our reputation good.
