Beware of Mike Priebe Roofing. Mike Priebe Roofing replaced my roof in 2004 at a cost of $7,000. Mike Priebes contract states a 10-year guarantee on workmanship from Mike Priebe Roofing. Mike Priebe DOES NOT stand behind his contract.
I have serious problems with my roof because of his work. I began in April 2009 trying to get this roofer to repair my roof to no avail. Mike Priebe has NEVER returned my phone call and has lied repeatedly to the Better Business Bureau and the BBB closed my file when he denied any responsibility for the 3rd time. BBBs reply to me was we cant make him do anything.
Priebe told the Attorney Generals office my complaint had been resolved when his company has done NOTHING.
I have letters from an architect and a roofer stating there are obvious problems with my roof due to poor workmanship when my roof was replaced.

Elizabeth filed her complaint with the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General.Both found in our favor. Unfortunately, her home has structural issues that were pre-existing and not caused by our replacement of shingles. Repair of these issues is above and beyond what we contracted to do. Her claims are not valid.Photographs, copies of the complaints and responses from the BBB and OAG are available at our office.
