Mike Say is a pretentious person who has no clue what he is doing as General Manager of the Stirling Club in Las Vegas. We lose more employees because of him than anywhere I have ever been before.

He does not care about his emplyees and cares even less about the clients of our club, most of who pay thousands of dollars per year to be a member. He refers to them as stuck up rich people, but he is very careful to be very friendly to their face.

He does not work past five p.m., he does not work on weekends and he has no initiative. the only reason he has a job is because Stirling Club doesn't want to pay decent money to find a quality manager.

He pretends to be polite and like people, but he has very little interest in helping anyone but himself. Complaints to the home office go unanswered because appearantly they have bigger problems, but if he ever leaves here, I hope his future employer reads this before they hire him so they know what they aren't getting.
