Hello by looking at your name, I can see that you have never been a broker or a client for my company. You may have mistaken us with another tradeline company which tends to happen in this industry. Also many times our clients lack the knowlege of properly pulling a current credit report let alone pulling tradelines through their credit file. Many of our client's even lack the ability to interpret a credit report. So in those instances which are frequent, my company personally works with each client needing assistance in this area. It's hard to say exactly why you may be upset with because you are very vauge in your 'issue' and apparently you have not liked the response we have given you when helping you. My best guess is that you are not in compliance with our tradeline contract/agreement and we figured that out and let you know, and you did not like the outcome of when you attempted to violate the terms of the agreement and our disclaimer. This is probably why you posted the report in a ficticious name. Please note that our tradeline contract/agreement is put into place for a reason. The reason being, it gives guidelines and protections for you as the customer, and us as a business to which we follow and uphold greatly. We have screenshot confirmations from each of our cardholder to ensure our clients are added to the tradelines they purchase. We also send these confirmations out to the applicable broker or client who placed the order. We personnally work with the broker or client throughout the entire process. If we find that our client is not in compliance with our tradeline contract, we have no choice but not to honor their request.
