Salesman Michael St. Pierre who represented himself as the UniFirst Uniform rental company presented me with a written contract which was agreed upon and signed. After many meetings, Michael reneged on the contract on approx. 1 month later stating his boss would not allow the contracted terms. Michael then stated the contract would cost me an additional ton of money if I wanted the uniforms. Bait and switch.
This is deceptive and unethical sales practices as no contingency was ever stated by Michael who represented himself as UniFirst. Further, I have heard from other UniFirst customers who have all had similar stories. They say this is common place. Stay away from Unifirst and Michael St. Pierre, he is a fraud.
