Mike Sullivan Sullivan Transportation Blue Ridge Logestics REFUSES TO pAY Willis Texas

I was contacted to run High pole by one of his drivers Dale Rice, on May 18, 2014. He said he was at the Hurricane Wv T/A Truck Stop needing to go to Montoursville Pa the next day On May 19, 2014. He asked if it was possible to take him up there the next day, I told him I would, and who I needed to bill for this? He said I was to bill his company, and he would have his boss call me. Several minutes later his boss, Mike Sullivan called me, and after agreeing to a price of $1,55 per miloe, what he was paying the escort that took him up there. I told him I had no problem with it. He told me that he had another load coming into Memphis Tn , that if I wanted to do it, I could. He went onto tell me that as soon as I got done with the run to fax it in, that he wrote checks on friday, and I would have a check the following week.

The total of the two invoices was  05-19-14 534 miles $827.70, 05-20-14 1191 miles, $1846.05 1 hotel $49.33 , $1895.38for a total of $2723.08 

As soon as I was finished, I sent him a text letting him know I would be sending the invoice in to him, and I had talked to the other driver, and I would be meeting him Wednesday, to escort him to Pa. On May 20, 2014 I met the driver a day earlier than he orignally said to, at Exit 42, on I-40 in Tn, and finished that run up on May 22, 2014 and sent him a text message and told him I was finished with his driver, and if he needed me again to be sure to call me. He said he would.

Three weeks lkater his company calls to inform me that he needed a W9 form so they could pay me, which was faxed to them the next day. After several weeks, I made numerous calls to his office to check and see what the hold up was. The first time I was told that the faxes went to another person, they would check on it, and call me back, no call was returned. The next say I called his office back and was told that they had to ask him when he was going to write the checks, and would call me back. I again called his office, and was told that the checks would be mailed out, and they would call be back with the check numbers, once again no calls was returned. On Thursday, I called Mike to be told that I should have been paid, when I informed him what I was told, he said he would call me back once he got to the office, no call was received. On Friday I called him, and was told that he would check to see what was going on, and he would call me back, once again, he did not. 

I left him numerous messages to return my calls, and he has refused to, as well as his office has refused to return any, and all calls. the only way he would answer, or his office would answer my calls is if I turned my number off, and blocked my number from showing up. I did receive the check for $827,00 06-05-14, but was not post marked untill 06-26-14, 21 days after it was suppose to have been mailed. The other check was supposed to have been dated 06-04-14, I have never received it.

When I did talk to him several weeks ago on a Saturday, he said that he knew for a fact that both checks where mailed out. I told him I would only accept an EFS or Comcheck, which he stated he did not use either one of those. I told him to put a stop payment on that check, reissue me another one, and have it overnight mail, or two day mail, which he is refusing to do that. He has since, and his office has refused to answer any and all calls, as well as all text messages. He stated that the pole car that brought Dale Rice to Hurricane T/A, and I took over for, had a family emergency, and had to return home to be with his son, that his daughter inlaw had died.

Mike Sullivan has refused to pay this, and has shown that he is not going to pay it
