Mike T Glaspie Banner Co-op.com Mike signed me up without my knowledge, they took $21.97(notauthorized by me)on 3-1-2010 and again $25.00 on 3-30-2010 I asked for them to cancel whatever it was and credit my account the $21.97, and Internet

I am very upset that Mike T. Glaspie signed me up for this company and took $21.97 out of my account that I gave him after he scammed me with his company Profitmatic whatever, that I called and cancelled right after he charged my card $61.87 for that company and I did not authorize these charges, and he refunded me for the Profitmatic scam, but I am still waiting for Banner Co-op to refund my $21.97 they charged my account on 3-1-2010.  I have no idea what this company is, or what they were even supposed to do for me.  I have been requesting them to cancel any business I want them to refund my money back into the account they have taken it out of.  I don't want to do any business with them and asking them to refund my account this money, which they still have not done, and now on 3-30-2010 they took another $25.00 out of my same account that I asked them to get rid of with whatever other financial information they have on me.   Please help me get my money back and Again, I did not authorize this company to do anything for me, and he (Mike Glaspie) gave them my financial infor mation without my permission or authorization.

How can I proceed in getting my money back and stop them from taking any more money out of my account.  PLEASE HELP

Hello Sheree,

We are not the company Profitmatic.
She placed a order with us on 2010-02-27   for our unique affiliate program  with the discounted option of our 189$ course for only $21.97  there was a deffered setup fee of $25.00 that was deferred for 30 days if she did not cancel her account.  We have confirmation that she received  the course from us as well as all of your welcome emails. We did in fact cancel the account  but did not issue a refund for  product  purchased and recieved .
Tracking from when she opened we welcome letters on the 28th.

We received one support ticket from her from which she never responded back.
We have cancelled her subscription as of now. She will not be charged again. However she did authorize the charge and got what she ordered.

Question: I was signed up to your site by Mike Glaspie and I did not authorize him to give you my credit card number so you could debit my account for 21.97.
I strongly suggest that you use the same card that you used to take this money out of my account, and PUT THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON MARCH 17, 2010 or I will report you to 
Federal Trade Commission, BBB, and any other place to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. If you do not still have my card number in your file, I suggest you call Mike Glaspie and have him put the 21.97 back into my account. He has already credited my account for the 61.85 he charged me for Profitmatic, and I asked him to credit the 21.97, but it has not been credited back into my account yet. Again, make sure this amount is credited to mya account by close of business today or I will report this scam.

Answer: Our records show that you purchased "A Free Gift for you Affiliate Program\" which is a monthly program promoted by Mike Glaspie on 2/27. Our records also show that you received and opened our confirmation email letter on 2/28. We can cancel this monthly program if you are no longer interested. Thank you for your time.
