Mike Thompson RV parts and Servive department and after purchase warranty work & Body Shop. Santa Fe springs Ca. We had purchase a new class C RV from Mike thompson RV in Sept 2013. We had used the RV for the first time in april for an extened trip in Yosemite. After having the RV on the road we started to discover mulitlpe problems with the unit Refrigrator,RV battery life, Rusted support jacks,and an Internal audio and TV sytem that just didnt work properly. The  service department in sanfe fe springs offered no solutions to any of the problems except for ones that required thousands of dollars in upgrades. example: having a problem with batttery life upgrade to a solar system for 2K and add extra batteries for another 1k.

Despite multiple attempts to get them to fix the 3 Tv system and audio swithing sytem to work properly they chose to blaim the the individulal manufactories & said that they could get anyone to honor the warranty problem still isnt fixed. Our last experiance was the body shop & Eric Moreno after a recent boulder hitting our RV and causing 6k in damage We waited  6 weeks to have the unit fixed below par asked to pay for all the repair work and they would bring it to the front. The interior was covered in paint over-spray and dust from the repairs covered the entire unit. There  was  no prep work before the repairs were started. Our 80K dollar RV is a disaster! After complaining they said we brought it in dirty & we should be ashamed! after our experiance I found over 100 complaints similiar to ours! if your plans our to buy an RV stay away from Mike Thompson & the service dept in santa fe Springs!!!!!!
