Beware of Vincent Nicholas and Tommy Payne, AKA Mike's Auto Body, AKA Tommy's Body Shop. Their scam consists of making promises to pay half your insurance deductible if you allow them to file the claim. Their objective is to get your vehicle into their shop, file a claim against your insurance company for the repairs, then they will intercept your insurance settlement and not do the work, holding your vehicle for months, then ask you for more money to complete the job. Several victims have reported being scammed by the son Vincent and the father Thomas Payne.  The son Vincent "Mike" Nicholas will give you every excuse as to why your car is not ready but keep the pressure on him and his father Thomas "Tommy" Payne will finally contact you making every excuse for his son as to why his son can't do the job or hasn't done the job. They will tell you that the repair guy is going through "issues". They will tell you the hose is broken at the shop. They will take your car on joy rides, as mine was driven to two residences for a total of 56 miles and their excuse was they didn't have enough room at their shop. If you have a tracking device on your car I would encourage you to use it and get it back immediately! They don't even do the work but they pay crack heads $5 to sweep their shop with promises that one day they can have ownership in their business, allowing them to do the work on your vehicle as mine was spray painted and bonded like a third-grade art project. There is a lot of information I would share but since I am in the midst of a lawsuit against these criminals I will withhold all of my investigative knowledge regarding these criminals but provide innocent consumers with a warning that these individuals are rip off artists.  If you are one of the victims contact me and my attorney and I will make sure we get justice.
