Purchased vehicle from Mike's Pre-owned Superstore on 11/12/09 & paid for extended vehicle service contract and also stated that we wanted the front end checked out due to excessive road noise.
Was told excessive road noise was due to tire tread design. Road noise ended up being 4 tires that were under the state legal tread allowance. This cost us $660.00 for new tires. On 12/30/09 started having popping noises when turning left or right.
Called extended service company & was told that my contract number has never been initiated & that I do not have coverage.
Numerous calls to Mike's are not returned. Spoke with Scott on 12/17/09, who promised to get back to me that day......still waiting.
Called & asked to speak to owner on 12/30/09 & was assured I would get a call....still waiting.
Car is unsafe to drive.
