I leased on to Milan Express co. under the assumption that they were a legitamate and worthy company to lease to. I was wrong. Milan express is no different than the others. When I ended my lease which did extend past 6 months, I was told that my last settlement check was being held due to a warning that I had recieved in Ohio. Mind you I said warning, I recieved no ticket on the infraction.
Milan Express however has been fined $100.00 for that warning. They have held my settlement until they decide to pay the fine that They were issued, and might I add deduct whatever the ammount of the fine is from my final check. I am telling you all that I have called the PUC in Ohio to verify, and the fine to Milan Express Co. is exactly $ 100.00 and that they have until the 30th day of June to pay the fine.
They have been withholding my money since my termination date of March the 11th. I am going to charge Milan Express Co. 12.9% intrest from the 30th day past my end of tenure. I will let you know how much fun I have suing them to get it, as well as teaching them that they have NO clause in their contract that CLEARLY states that if they get fined for an infraction that you had, that they have the right to deduct for it. Look out Company drivers, you're probably next.
I will exclude the garbage that I had to put up with on the final few weeks before I decided to get away from those imbiciles. And as it was said, if these are Christian Family Values, Help Us All!!!!!
Any one thinking about Milan Express as a career move better watch out, that comapny is not what they claim, and I have heard that they have shifted others out of money too. as they do have a sign on bonus that they may not pay out on. They are as to my knowlage, liars and now thieves. Shame on you Milan Express, you are seeming to be losers to the world, and it may seem laughable, but I am considering a court such as the T.V. syndicated Peoples court to adjudicate the preceedings, wouldn't that be funny, be seen in front of millions on national T.V. as to who you really are? Pathetic petty thieves!

Finally, after over 85 days, Milan Express Co. has decided to relinquish the settlement check. What a pathetic, deservant of sympathy, pack of cretins.
All over $100.00 that was charged to Milan Express Co.( not the driver).
Unfortunately they paid before a claim in small claims could be filed and due course could be reciprocated!!
Only time will tell if Milan Express decides to start charging the drivers for fines thet they receive on the drivers behalf. Look out drivers, it could be you!!!!
Oh, and can anyone tell me if any bonuses have been paid yet either?????

Well, after over 80 days and a lot of headaches, Milan Express finally relinquished my settlement, and as I said over a one hundred dollar fine issued to Milan Express, not the owner/driver. Pathetic, deservant of sympathy cretins. About the time all the info needed to take them to small claims court and reciprocate is compiled, they finally prevail. I can do nothing but sit here in wonder of their reasoning, I also fear that they will start to deduct the fines given to them due to warnings and citations issued to their company drivers. Watch your buns guys, you're probably next. (and by the way, have any drivers been paid their bonuses yet??????????)
