Milanoo Jack Tung dress, wedding, rip-ff, poor, quality Internet

I ordered a bridesmaids dress from Milanoo.com in a custom size per the instructions given on their website for measurements. When I recieved the dress it was the wrong fabric (supposed to be a satin and I recieved a cotton/spandex blend) and way too short.The other bridemaids also ordered their dresses one size too large and when they recieved theirs they were way too small.

I contacted the company and kept getting computer generated responses but no-one would actually write me back. When I finally heard from them they requested pictures of the defects, whichI promptly sent. Again, weeks went by with out any response from a rep even though I sent them daily emails. I finally heard back from them and they stated that while they did not make the dress the correct length they would not refund my money. The other girls are still waiting for a response. Buyer beware!
