PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM MILE HIGH CAR CO/BARBONE IN COLORADO SPRINGS,CO. PLEASE RECONSIDER. I HAVE HAD A TEN WEEK NIGHTMARE ON MY HANDS WITH THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT A $19,000 VEHICLE . THEY SOLD ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THIS VEHICLE. ONE THAT DOESN'T COVER THE MAJOR PARTS . I HAVE HAD MY VEHICLE IN THE SHOP FOR FIVE OUT OF TEN WEEKS WITH NUMEROUS ISSUES. MILE HIGH SUPPOSEDLY SPENT $4000 OUT OF POCKET TO FIX A MAJOR PROBLEM . THAT IS BECAUSE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY SOLD ME WITH THE VEHICLE DOESN'T COVER ALL MAJOR PARTS/PROBLEMS. AFTER SPENDING THAT "SUPPOSED "MONEY  TO FIX THE VEHICLE THE SAME ISSUED ARISED WITHIN ONE WEEK OF HAVING THE VEHICLE BACK. I TOOK IT BACK TO MILE HIGH CAR CO./BARNONE AND TALKED TO THE HEAD MECHANIC NATHEN , WHO BY THE WAY HAS THE SAME VEHICLE AND HAS NO CLUE WHAT HAS BEEN WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE. I TALKED WITH NATHAN AND TALKED WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER BILL. AFTER BEING TREATED VERY RUDELY AND DISRESPECTFUL I TALKED TO THE OWNER OF MILE HIGH CAR CO./BARNONE. HE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOITHING ELSE THEY COULD DO FOR ME AND ASKED ME TO LEAVE OR HE WOULD HAVE THE COPS ESCORT ME OUT. I HAD TO HAVE MY VEHICLE TOWED TO VW AND SPOEND MY OWN MONERY ON A RENTAL CAR, I MISSED WORK AND MY TRUCK IS STILL SITTING AT THE DEALER NOT WORKING BECASUE THE VEHICLE NEEDS $3000 MINIMUM WORTH OF REPAIRS THAT ISN'T COVERED BY THE WARRANY THAT MILE HIGH CAR CO./BARNONE SOLD ME WITH THE VEHICLE PURCHASE. VW HAS BEEN VERY VERY NICE . THIS IS NO FAULT OF THERE'S, IT IS ALL THE FAULT OF MILE HIGH CAR CO./BARNONE FOR SELLING ME A LEMON AND REFUSING TO FIX THE VEHICLE THE RIGHT WAY. NOR ARE THEY INTERESTED IN GETING ME INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT KEEPING A CUSTOMER HAPPY. THEY GOT THERE MONEY FROM THE BANK AND NOW THERE ATTITUTE IS "TOO BAD"... ANYONE ELSE HAVING MAJOR ISSUSES WITH MILE HIGH CAR CO./ BARNONE PLEASE NOTIFY THE BBB AND POST ALL COMPLAINTS ON CL . FEEL FREE TO ALSO CONTACT ME. WE CAN'T ALLOW BUSINESSES TO RIP US OFF !!!!!!!!!!! IF MILE HIGH CAR CO./BARNONE WOULD DO RIGHT BY ME THEN I WOULD GLADLY REPOST THAT ON CL AND WITH THE BBB BUT IT'S OBVIOUS THIS ISN'T GOING TO HAPPEN. I WILL NOT SIT BACK AND  BE RIPPED OFF BY ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

THE ABOVE SATEMENT IS ONLY A PORTION OF WHAT I'VE BEEN THRU WITH MILE HIGH CAR CO./BARNONE. I'M AT THE POINT THAT I HAVE NO CHOSE BUT TO GIVE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE BANK.MY CREDIT WILL BE RUINED BECASUE OF MILE HIGH CAR CO./BARNONE.  I HAVE TO KEEP A BATTERY IN THE TRUCK TO START IT DAILY BECAUSE IT HAS ELECTRICAL ISSUES. AT $19,000 AND $643 A MONTH IT HAS BEEN EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING GETTING NOWHERE WITH THIS MAKOR ISSUE.

I wish I would have seen this before I bought my car from them. At least the offered you an extended warranty, I was never offered one. I have had my car almost 5 months and I have had to put over $1000.00 into it already for repairs. My car was "as is" but I was never informed of it until all the t's were crossed and i's dotted. Not once was i told it was "as is" !
