I went to mile high car company in febuary with my taxes to finace a new vehicle and trade in my current vehicle.

I sat at the dealer ship for many and made it very clear to the dealership that I could drive a manual vehicle.

the dealership only showed me one automatic vehicle in my price range which was a 2004 Honda Accord ex

The car had 250,000 miles on it at time of purchase and also had shifting issues at time of purchase

dealership explained it was motor mount issues and they would repair it for free i was supposed to be able to take the car off the lot no money down and they wanted me to put an extr $1000 down to leave the lot with the car

2 days after i left the lot the car was still having the shifting issues took it to a honda dealership had them run the code because my check engine light came on and it pulled the code for the torque converter

took the car back to the dealkership to tell the what was wrong with the car and they said they would fix it no charge

the dealership never told me about anything that was wrong with the car anytime i found out something was wrong with it was when i took it to the honda dealership or had a mechanic friend look at it at his shop

the dealership told me my breaks were brand new found out from the honda dealership that wsnt true I already need to replace them after 2 months of having the car

the dealership told me all my fluids were changed and new foun out that wasnt true the transmission fluid is black and the oil already needs to be changed

when i took the car in the last time to show them all they did wrong and try to trade out the car they told me that with the car having 250,000 miles i should have babied the car and not drove it like it just came out the manufacture their service department was rude everytime i talked to them on the phone the sales people are very smuge and rude

the dealership refused to take the car back when i tried to trade it in a week after i got it they just wanted to fix the parts now im outside of the buyers remorse window and im stuck with a car whose transmission wont kick into gear it is undrivable

i told the dealership when i bought the car that i wanted a vehicle safe for my 2 children

the dealership never pulled the car fax on my car which they are suppsed to do at the point of sale i have written in my contract that the were gonna fix my fender that is not fully attached to my car they never fixed the fender and im just completely unhappy with the whole situation and because of the dealership im stuck without a car so im havin trouble getting to work and to get to where i need to go.

Why didn’t you have the car inspected by your “mechanic friend” prior to purchase?
