I have NEVER experience such b.s people like the ones who claims under no license working at Milestone Homes and Credit Ince on 10129 Rosecrans Ave.Bellflower, CA 90706.  I went there Tues due to an add i seen on Craiglist and ask and spoke to Peter. After a short 3 min conversation with this PIMPLE face Peter he walked out and send in another BAD breath worker name Joe who literally lied and stated so much good deals and it's a 99% gurantee as long we don't have any evictions and made the company sound like it's one of the BEST EVER that will help other's find property with a low coast and all they ask for is a $180 with a promise we get it back right away if we cancelled WHICH WE DID THE VERY NEXT DAY.  He now gave us a list of property to go to and if we get there and is interested call his bad breath or Pimple Face Peter and both of them are willing to just give us a code so we can go in ourselves and view it. We wasted gas on the first location, there was a lock box with a FOR SALE sign and we call and a MIGET HIPPO name Veronica answered the phone stated we need to make an appointment and no worries the owner had planned to sale the property and now decided to rent it out.  She will put in a request to the owner and the next day after 3pm we can go in and view it & Joe is unable to help us because his in with a client.  When we were there WE DID NOT SEE NOT ONE SOUL IN THAT OFFICE BUT US!! We went on to the next destination and same thing and there was a number in front of the property we called and the price was totally different from what we were told. Off coure we called Veronica and this liar had an attitude stated BAD BREATH JOE and PIMPLE FACE PETER were both in with a CLIENT and when i called a few sec from a different # Joe picked up and he automatic transfer back to his side scam hippo to keep stalling and lied to us some more.  Our 2nd day still with no house to view or service from THEM liars we went to the next location the next a.m.  There was a number in front of the house and i wrote it down. I called Milestone and spoke to another Hippo name Kathy (they won't give us their last name so i might as well fill in the blank!!) and she stated to fill out the viewing form and fax it over which i did around 10 a.m. She stated we can't get the locke code and view it because someone from their office has to come and open it for us and his name was RAY THE BULL SHITTER!!  We called and called and same answer havent't heard back from the owner and we should get an answer before 5pm.  I asked about the 1st property that Hippo Veronica mention we can go to and view at 3pm today.  Veronica gets on the phone and stated we can't because she needs to get a hold of the OWNER which she NEVER did from the day before (our first day).  This girl Veronica lies SOOOOOOOOOOO much to cover up for Joe and Peter from stealing peoples $180 and get fatter from lies on top of lies and i mean our $180 is OVER feeding this chick from all her bull s**t and excuses on top of another!!!! When Joe and Peter picks up the phone they automatic say let me check and pushed VERONICA to handled the LIE'S...she claims she is in a CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT but more likely she is in the BULL SHITTING DEPARTMENT AND MASTER IT along with her other 2 soon to be masters in that Department Kathy and Monica because obvious their PIMPS Joe and Peter had mastered THIS department VERY WELL!! 

We decided to go to the office and here comes Pimple Face Peter and we told him "WE NEED TO TALK TO YOU".  He told us to have a sit in room and here comes OFF COURSE their biggest LIAR EVER Veronica like she was going to get away with her lies to me and my spouse.  I picked up the phone in the office called the number that was advertised in front of the last house that was suppose to be $1700 and spoke directly to the OWNER and he stated they're lieying they never contacted him today and it's now passed 5:20pm and he has no CONTRACT with these people and his price to rent was $2499 security deposit was $3000 and did not schedule ANY appointment to show his property tomorrow 4.5.2012 at 3 pm and his here not out of town.  Veronica steps in and i'm on the phone with the owner and stated he doesn't own the prperty Kathy was just on the phone with him scheduling our appointment for tomorrow at 3pm and the owner is OUT OF TOWN!! WOW!!! i told her i'm on the phone with the owner and his saying you guys didn't and his NOT OUT TOWN AND HE doesn't KNOW who are you guys to start with. He owns and manage his own house NOT YOU GUYS or anyone else! She kept arguing with us and stated "NO! Kathy left several messages and she just NOW schedule your appointment" and i reply "HOW CAN YOU WHILE HIS ON THE PHONE SAYING YOU GUYS DIDN'T HIS THE OWNER".  We gave up and say "look we have been giving the round around since yesterday 4:30pm when we paid ya $180 and every single one of YOU who  works here have a STORY and a LIE to tell us we don't like your service we want to get our money back like Joe and Peter stated we CAN GET IT ASAP".... Here comes HIPPO Verionica with a Milestone Homes and Credit Inc Refund Department form stating she'll mailed it out and we say no first of all can we see our so call file that ya have our I.D in there. She goes and get it and we automatic TOOK our copy of our information back and told her WE WILL MAIL IT OUT OURSELVES!  I noticed on the form it didn't have NO CONTACT number and the address was NOT A VALID ADDRESS when i try to come back in she already LOCKED THE DOOR since it was 6.00pm on the DOT and she picked up and i asked her what is the the number so we can update the status on this refund and if they got it after it's mailed out to this address.  She refused to give it to me stating there's NO NUMBER and i asked well how DO YOU get a hold of them to get peoples refund if you mailed it out"? and she kept saying "Just mailed it to that address and within 10 business days you will get your $180 back" i kept asking her about the boges address MILESTONE HOMES AND CREDIT INC. REFUND DEPARTMENT 12223 HIGHLAND AVE. SUITE 106-295 RANCHO CUCAMONGA,CA 91739.  I asked her what kind of place is there with all these suite #'s for one envelope to go and i don't find it in the system"? She gave me an attitude and say "O.k it's pass 6pm and it's closing time and i have no time to explain it have a good evening".... i now got more frustrated and upset THEY LITERALLY JUST STOLE RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR FACE YESTERDAY and have the NERVE to give us a shopping center in Cucamonga location that these suites does not exsist when i look it up.

So question was WHO THE HECK they mailed peoples request for REFUND if this address does not appear PERIOD inside this shopping center?? That's exactly why people are complaining about their refund and they request to mail it in for the clients so they can just throw it away and claim it went out already.  For all the victims LET'S all get together and throw these ANIMALS in the cage for what they have DONE to many of us and still continuing to put out FRAUD advertised and continue to STEAL from clients every day!!! I want my $180 in return and VERONICA, JOE, PETER, MONICA, KATHY AND RAY to all GO TO JAIL for scamming, stealing and false advertisement.  People like these dirty TRASH don't need to screw up the economy some more while it's already tough on everyone and they're taking ADVANTAGE of people and their hard earning money!
