Milford Spice Company Milford Spice and Groupon Does Not Deliver Milford, Michigan

As with other reviewers, I purchased the Groupon, placed my order in April, received numerous emails apologizing that they were overwhelmed with orders and several statements that my order would ship soon.

It's November and I still don't have my order. But here is what really pisses me off. They've been sending emails asking if customers like me wanted to add additional items to our orders before they shipped. How is it that MilfordSpice has the time to ADD additional items to orders that are 7 months late but can't get the original orders out the door?

I don't know whether Laura and her company are running a scam or they are just possibly the worst business people I have come across in all my days. But what I do know is that they haven't a clue how to treat customers. Even if these spices are orgasmic, this experience completely overshadows any culinary value. Of course, I can't confirm that one way or another.. because I STILL DON'T HAVE MY SPICES!!!!
