I was hired by Milk2You AKA homepride foods, AKA NPM Management INC. in December of 2008. I was given in writing i would be receiving a salary of $30,000 per year plus bonuses. On my third day of training I was told to continue working for the company I would have to give up the salary and go strictly to commission. They totally use bait and switch. They also have told me I would not be paid for training. I was an employee which violates minimum wage laws. Do not do business with these people. My two days of training with Craig Fees and Bryce Johnson was nothing more than how to rip people off and do unethical business. Its scary these people are in business. Please beware before accepting employment or ordering from these scammers. They try to lock you in to a long term contract that you can't get out of. caveat emptor they sucked me in don't let them do the same to you. I turned down other job offers for this. They are nothing but scammers who should be ashamed of what they did to me and my family during the holidays.

I have been using this service for 8 years now. I have referred many of my friends and family members to use the service as well. My family enjoys the far superior food that they offer compared to the garbage we were buying from grocery stores. They also deliver every thing to us and put it away for us. I know some of the employees you have mentioned in this and they have been more than helpful and treated everyone I know that uses this service very well. I am sure that some individuals are not cut out for sales, but I can tell you from experience that the service, quality, and price are all incredible.

After months of waiting the US Department of Labor forced Milk 2 You to pay me for the time i worked. When picking up my paycheck, they tried to force me to sign paperwork stating they did nothing wrong. I refused. The screamed profanities at me and called me a trash head. All for collecting what was rightfully mine.

I work for a lumber company, and we have salesmen that are straight commission.
This particular company is a government contractor, and they've yet to shut us down.

my neighbor subscribed to milk 2 You, and was very upset when the "pork chop" was not much bigger than the size of a quarter. We figured out the price per pound, and it was well over 20 dollars a pound!!! come on!!!! They dupe you into the service by not letting you know how much individual products cost, and then report you to collections when you call to cancel the service. Beware of this company, I would not recommend them, the food is deplorable.

Its great that you enjoy the commission only structure. A salary should not be offered in the first place like it was offerred to me if it is going to be reniged on the third day of training. I have filed a wage claim with the Nebraska department of labor as milk 2 you violates federal minimum wage laws. The fines for this can be huge, I wonder if they will be able to continue to rip off consumers and pay you your commission checks when they get hit with some hefty fines. Craig Fees is nothing but a snake. I will do my best to make sure everyone in Omaha knows this and Milk 2 you's business will suffer. In due time it will become near impossible for you to earn a commission check. This will be front page news.

I am currently employed with Milk2you. I also started in mid December 08. I did start out with an hourly wage and now I am on straight commission. However that was my choice, because I would make more being straight commision plus bonuses than I would being hourly plus bonuses. I would also like to add, the company can't keep employees on hourly wage that are not producing...
I did not experience any trouble or problems with being paid the wages for the hours I logged before going to straight commission.
The products (groceries) and service (delivered weekly) is all pretty simple and straight forward. I don't see how you can be trained to rip off people nor be unethical. People sign up for the service, they recieve their groceries and they don't even pay for them until the next delivery. They are not locked into any long term contract that they can't get out of...
I have not experienced anything like what you are claiming from this company. However, I am aware of some of the difficulty the company has experienced with employees. For one, this is a job where you are not supervised, the company trusts that an employee is out going door to door where and when the say. however there have been employees that were not honest. There have also been employees who placed large grocery orders and then quit and not paid for the goods they recieved.
This is a good job for any one who is honest, ethical and hardworking.
Thanks
Bren
