Millenium Network Inc. Z-K Assist I ordered Acai Max Cleanse on what I thought was Racheal Rays website for $2.95, Nov. 18,2010. I never received an email conferming the order so I thought it did not go through. I have never received Chicago, Illinois

On Nov18,2010 I ordered on the internet Acai Max Cleanse. I thought it was endorsed by Racheal Ray because it had her picture on it. My debit card was used and it came out of my account the same day, $2.95. On her web site she does not endorse this company.

That day I never received an email conferming the order or in the next few days. So I asummed the order was not complete. I went back on line to get the email address or the phone number and it just dissappered. I could not find it anywhere. 

Since I could not find any info I did not know how to contact them. Everyday I got on  there to see if I could find them with no luck. The day I ordered it my printer was not working so I couldnt print the site out.
 
I even ordered Pure Colen Cleanse on the same site and same day and got my conformation email from them.  The order was sent to me and I called them to ask about the Acai Max Cleanse  and the said they are not associated with them and didn't know anything about them. They couldn't help me.

So, I thought that would be a one time thing and I would not hear from them again but on Jan4,2011 I received an email from them thanking me for my order and telling me they were withdrawing $87.13 and $.70 from my account. I never authorized this withdraw.

I had a phone number on the email order so I called and could not get any answer. When I could not get an answer I wrote a letter demanding canclelation of this order I did not know existed and  my money back.

Jan 11,2011 I had not heard anything from them and wrote another letter demanding the same.
Jan18,2011 I decided to try to call and get an answer.
 
I was on hold for 20 min. and when someone answered I told them the situation and she said I never canceled the order so they continued to withdraw money. I explained I had no way to contact them.
She said she was going to cancel order while I was on the phone with her and she would send me
an email conferming cancelation. Never got it!

Feb4,2011 I checked my bank account , another $2.95 and $35.81 was withdrawn. I called again and was on hold for 50 min.  She gave me an email addres this time for customer support and said she will cancel again!

Also she would send an modification email that I was to print out, sign and send back.  All this time she said she would send the product   that they owed for the money taken  out. Still no product !

When I hung up from yelling at her I checked my email and to my surprise it was there. Also I contacted the email addres she finally gave me for customer support. I had to enter all my info
and at the top of the page that says (  Cancle my Subscription!) and submit.

Then I went to my bank and canceled my debit card and filed a complaint!!

A total of $129.54 was taken out of my account without my permission and never seen the first sign of the product!!!
