Millenium Transmissions WARRENTY RIP OFF Kings, gilbert, Arizona

Do not do business with this company!! After ordering a transmission, we waited almost a month to get it delivered. They told us there would be no core charge and it had a warranty for two years. What they don't tell you is, that after you get your transmission they send you an e-mail. It says you have 15 days to arrange for them to pick up the core  or the warranty is invalid. This after 2 of those 15 days were used up!! We called only to find out all their voice mail was full, at other times the phone rang and rang! Next step? We sent them a dated fax with all our contact info and haven't heard a word back, nor has anyone came to pick up the core. Still trying to contact them, but by now the 15 days has turned into a more then a month. Which leaves us with no warranty and a transmission that runs rough.
