My wife answered an advertisement on a title loan,by Millennium Loan Fund. Since we had paid off our 2001 Tundra, a very modest truck, we had a clear title, and agreed to the loan as we were facing a critical payment we just couldnt cover. The 300% on $1000.00 and other charges came out to 1300.00 total, or $ 310.00 per month, which we agreed to. What these criminals dont tell you, or they say they do, my wife does Not recall them revealing this next fact. My wife was a Texas realator for 15 years, do you think she would remember this little detail. They charge ,what they call a CAB fee, or finance fee, of $ 250.00 PER MONTH, on the original ammount. Only $51.00 goes toward principal, that means it will take 20 months to pay this off, or a total of $ 6000.00 on a $ 1000.00 note. Where is the outrage? The people are getting killed? Where can we turn? What agency is looking at this. These people should have a class action suit against them, and made to pay back these outrageous charges.

People Like You are the Reason Texas Sucks

I just happened upon this report and I could not believe how cold and callous your answer was. People like you are the reason so many companies come to Texas to Rip People off.I am not from Texas but the man has a point. Whether his wife read the contract or not, the fact that cab fee was not disclosed and probably hidden in the FINE PRINT somewhere on purpose is not right. The loan is clearly a predatory loan and companies do get sued for doing things like this.
You have completely overlooked how shady of a deal this is, regardless of if his wife signed the contract or not (Courts let people out of shady contracts like this EVERYDAY when they are found to be PREDATORY) and if I was him I would definately look at breaking this contract and SUING the company for non disclosure.
Credit card companies and banks get sued ALL THE TIME for hiding details like this in fine print. Thank God you are not a judge. This should have been clearly disclosed to his wife UP FRONT as well.
Texas is filled with sham and shady companies like this. As I stated I am originally not from Texas but the Lawyers here have to be kept Extremely busy. There are a lot of crooks and fraudsters in Texas and most people will not pursue these CONS because of folks like YOU who try to pin the blame on the person who is being extorted and ripped off!
Shame on YOU. For taking up for CROOKS.

What Time Is It?
AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

The time is AFTER you signed the contract. Did you read the contract BEFORE you signed it? You agreed to the exact terms and conditions of the loan. The time to object to them is BEFORE you sign the contract...then you get up and leave. And no pal...I don't work for them.
