I started Miller-Motte online in June of 2017. Granted my online professors were great teachers. Due to financial difficulties at home I wasn't able to keey internet. The 2gb that the school provide wasn't enough to get me through the month. Then I fell sick and some days wasn't able to get out of bed let alone do class work. I started failing classes because I got so far behind due to my health. Eventually found out that I was pregnant. So I decided that I would withdrawal from school and return after I have my baby. I asked financial aid Everytime I called will it affect my financial aid? They said no and told me to submit my withdrawal the last day of the current class. I did. The last day was February 12, 2018. I received a letter in the mail stating that I owe $330. I received this letter on February 18,2018 and had to pay this balance on February 28,2018. I went back and forth with one of the agents for two days trying to figure out WHY I have a balance. He stated that it was a over payment from a striped in December. I asked could I speak to someone higher up because I refuse to pay $330 when I did a student loan that is to cover ALL school expenses. I spoke with someone and she stated that I DIDN'T have a balance and that everything is fine. I will be good to return to school when I'm ready.

Flash forward to June 1, 2018 I received a email as a reminder to return to school. I asked could I change my major. Sure but you need to make a $25 deposit towards the $330. Umm no I don't. Again I refuse to pay for something that financial aid was supposed to cover. I spoke with someone in financial aid she says well it's a small fee, I don't care how small of a fee I shouldn't have a balance at all period. Then she states well if you don't pay it, it will go on your credit. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I signed up. I had no problems until I withdraw. I did it so that I could get myself together and give myself enough time to bond with my baby while I was on leave. Seems like they calculated a fee just so you can pay them. Oh and I'm a ONLINE student why did I have to pay $7320 for 4/17-11-17 and $2440 for 11/17-02/18 for housing and meals? COMPLETE RIP OFF.
