Miller-Plante Inc. Miller-Plante insane telemarketing company - harassing me daily with several calls all different numbers Maitland Florida

This company called me soon after I moved into a new home trying to sell their septic tank product even though I am on the "do not call list". I was not interested in purchasing anything especially from a company who contacted me via telemarketing. I could not get this woman off the phone. These people are true leeches. She knew exactly how to pull me in, making me feel guilty for not buying this product.

Finally, I consented to delivery of this product just to get her off the phone knowing I would be able to return it when it arrived (they give 30 days). By the time it was delivered, there was only about 14 days left which was just around Thanksgiving.

I soon after decided I was not interested in putting a product into my septic tank that was of such good quality that they needed to sell it by cold-calling people.

I attempted to contact the company informing of them of my intention and I could not get a hold of anyone. They would switch me to different departments but no one would take the call.

Then I started getting calls from them demanding payment (much different tone to say the least). I told them I was returning the product but they told me that I could not return it but they would take a discount if I paid in full. The next call, I again said that I had changed my mind and I wanted to return their product. The man started screaming at me telling me I would have to pay legal fees up to 800.00 (strange figure?) if I did not remit payment.

I did finally return the product anyway but they refuse to acknowledge that and still call my house up to five and six times a day all from differnent numbers - 1 999 999 9999, 0 000 000 0000, some from LA, KY, just to name a few.

Tonite, the woman who called claimed she was from their "legal dept." even though I remembered her voice as the first woman who called to sell me the crap. She told me that she would continue to call every day until I paid. I asked for her name and a legitimate phone number where my attorney could reach her and she spouted off a few 1 800 numbers so fast I didn't have time to write them down and she would not give me her name. She then hung up on me.

I think everyone who works for this company must have a severe mental illness and I have learned to never ever again be polite to a telemarketer as this only strengthens their parasitic hold on their victim.

If there is a class action suit against this company - count me in!
