These people have excellent PR and marketing; very compelling; videos, email, etc

all motivating you to buy a product or service for a small ($7) intro fee

with 14 days to cancel or they will charge your credit card anywhere from $97 to $197 per month depending on what product / service you choose

however, there is no way to cancel; they are on auto-pilot; no one ever answers the phone; emails are answered by an auto-responder and the credit card is charged no matter how you try to cancel

I really wanted this to be real! The PR and marketing is very effective and enticing.

I was really very disappointed that it was not real; or, at least I could not verify its reality
