I have been trying to reconcile with this MWC company for over 8 months now. I have sent email, letters and phone calls to their many managers and resolution representatives with no response whatsoever.
I submitted compliants to the BBB and to the Office of the District Attorney for Arizona, Phoenix to assist. I have contacted the creditor (as many of the transactions were via credit card) and they have been trying to assist as well.
I want others to be aware that I believe this is a scam. They charge high prices and offer services they just don't deliver on. They get all their monies upfront and the services are adhoc with respect to when they are available if at all.
Please don't buy their bogus stories when or if they call or email you. It is a scam.
