BeachBody.com 30 Day Free Membership isn't free Internet

I bought the Hip Hop Abs upgraded program and clicked on the button for a free 30 day trial membership to the million$body web support. They failed to tell me that the 30 day trial started the minute you click the accept button on your order.

By time I received my workout videos it had been 4 weeks, customer service said 8 calendar days which I know is incorrect! So by the time I should have received my 30 day free trial information the 30 day period was over.

I had been waiting on my 30 day trial information and during that time was a $38.87 charge was deducted from my account. When I called customer service all they could tell me was I failed to contact customer service in the 30 day free trial period by phone and cancel my account. The representative was rude and would not listen to anything or refund the money.

Now I am out $38.87 for a membership I never even knew I had. Beware if you try a 30 day trial from Beachbody.com you will need to call the customer service department ASAP to turn off the automatic deductions if you pay by credit card.

I spoke with a Cynthia in there customer service department on 11/21/07 @ 10:30 am (after waiting an hour for their system to come back up) and was finally told my accounts have been cancelled and they still would not refund any money already taken.

Please do not sign up or order anything from this company. They will steal you blind.
