Do not work at DDM or anywhere affiliated with JULIA DAVIS. They have changed their company name before, it use to be Davis Direct Marketing, now it's DDM and I'm sure it will change again soon, so keep a look out for a manager in the company with the name Julia Davis because as sweet and young (24 yrs old) as she tries to come off she's only trying to sell herself because her employees are how she makes her money obviously. In assistant management they claim they pay you $50k a year, which is around $1000 a week and $700 something after taxes are taken out. What she doesn't tell you is that once you FINALLY make it to management she then tells you she will only pay you half of that...then has a "savings account" for the other half...well my poor victims...there is no savings account. I was told from a previous manager that there is no account and that Julia owes a lot of ppl money that she promised them, that they earned in their position, and that they were told they would earn once in assistant management. My friend worked hard, put in the hours for months and months and was excited to finally earn the management salary that was promised and my friend was counting on it.
These people work 70-80+ hour weeks....this is around $6.25 before taxes per hour, as a MANAGER, working twice as many hours a week as the average american and this equates to $26,000 per year, before taxes. She preaches that the average american makes $30-$35k a year...and that THEY are not average. Well, OBVIOUSLY. They are below average. But wait, if you just work harder you can own your own business and make $80-100k a year in your first year!!! WOW! worth it then, right? Sorry to disappoint again, but this is not true. Unfortunatly, my friend had to find out the hard way. As an owner you only get to pay yourself $300 or so a week. Yes my friends...this is true. It is so sad. They work in the snow, rain, wind...you name it...and get told they will see the light at the end of the rainbow if they stick with it and work hard. Now my friend can't even support her kids as a business owner and made less running her own office with this company than she did as an assitant manager in her previous owner's office.
Sad Sad Sad.
So, again, Julia Davis is also doing this business here in Milwaukee...she is no different from the other's who are involved in Quantum...besides my friend who realized what was really going on and got out fast.
RUN out of that office...don't walk.
Don't invest any time money or anything.

As an individual also having fallen victim to this scam, I just want to update the company name. Julia Davis now operates her business out of North Dallas, TX under the umbrella of "Dallas Roadshows". She is still sending unsuspecting people into Sam's Clubs where her underpaid and overworked "employees" are selling, no wait "marketing" products at highly reduced prices.
The company lies to their "employees" about income and pay and is not totally truthful in how they approach the potential customers.
Please think long and hard before hiring on with Dallas Roadshows or any related company. You will need a lot of savings to survive the first year. And then there is no guarantee that you will ever make any money.

FYI Scam Update! It appears that MIKE PUTNAM, LARISSA HAWLEY, JULIA DAVIS and others are on the move again as they were recently on stage at a Dallas "LEADERSHIP" conference associated with PURE GLOBAL ENTERPRISES located in Houston, TX. They were touting their brainwashing tactics on new "recruits" by showing them the path to their dreams! Sadly, the company names continue to change almost on a daily basis, but the scam remains the same as above. Now PURE GLOBAL ENTERPRISES hires unsuspecting individuals from coast to coast with rapid advancement from "leadership" to "management" and "ownership" by having COMMISSION ONLY employees work "ROADSHOWS" in local Sam's Clubs across the U.S. selling items that are readily available on the Internet. These employees spend countless unpaid hours a day listening to brainwashing "pep rally" conference calls designed to obscure reality and serve no other purpose than psychological abuse. In the end it's all the same. PURE GLOBAL ENTERPRISES wants to make everyone a "manager" to recruit more team members, and on, and on. The ultimate goal is to have everyone an "owner' to BUY into the scam and make more money for PURE GLOBAL ENTERPRISES. Please WAKE UP people and avoid anything to do with PURE GLOBAL ENTERPRISES, MIKE PUTNAM, LARISSA HAWLEY, and JULIA DAVIS! You will definitely make more money flipping burgers at Micky D's then wasting your time with this scam! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
