Firstly let me thank you for playing our game and let you know we take all our players concerns very seriously.  You obviously feel you got mistreated in some way and we would like to get to the bottom of it.  As the the oldest and largest real-cash video game we understand you put in real money and had probably hoped to make money out of your investment of time and energy.  Please understand though our game is an entertainment product and a game of skill, not chance.  We are not a casino and were even approved to become our own bank by the Sweden banking authorities to better safeguard our players money.  We offer a real-world economy and players need to be able to work within a financial setting if they hope make money.  However, even without business knowledge you can still play and enjoy the game as you would any MMO, and usually for far less money then their monthly fees.  If you wish to contact us and discuss your issues in private we are happy to talk to you.  However spreading false accusations in a public forum doesn’t allow us the ability to figure out your real grievance as we simply don’t allow gambling of any sort in our game.
