Mindshark clearly does not know that it is illegal to email spam people in the United States thanks to the CAN-SPAM Act, but unfortunately, I have received both blog (comment spam) as well as email spam from Mindshark.ca.
When I complained to the owner of Mindshark about his spamming my email address, he sent me a very nasty "legal" email claiming "defamation" and "libel". The letter was chock-full of misspellings, errors, and erroneous legal assumptions. Seriously, he actually said he was going to "sue" me and "send me papers" -- and why?? Because I asked him to stop spamming me.
Unbelievable.
Avoid this company. Mindshark.ca claims to be an SEO and reputation management company? More like kiddie spammers.
