Mindstorm Technologies Laserperfect4, Laser Perfect, Glenn Robinson, Michele Gerrow, Spnongbob Spinclock, Think Tek Inc., Trikke I ordered the Lazer Perfect 4 from them in December '04, I have not seen the product. I have tried calling the company direct and they were very rude(Michele) and said it was on it's way. The customer service company is tired of taking calls from upset customers for Mindstorm. I ordered a Laser tool from them from a TV add, mistake number one. This company has a bad report in the BBB for SE Florida, for customer service. I should have looked this up before ordering. Mistake number two. They have a different company taking the calls for orders and custmer service, they are no help as they know nothing. After the first 6-8 weeks delivery time. I was told they had to many orders and they had to make more. Mindstorm told them the truck was held up in Chicago. This is now 16 weeks after I ordered it, they finally gave me the number to Mindstorm. Michele at Mind Storm (Customer Service) was extremely rude, they would not even answer the phone with a greating. She gave me the number I had been calling for cusomer service. I told her that, and she said she could not help me. I was told the truck was released and my order was on it's way.

three weeks later guess what. You got it, no product. During that three weeks I called the customer service two times a week, each time they told me people in my area were recieving their orders, I was hopeful. Then i tried to call the Mindstorm Technologies again, and well they took the phone off the hook or canceled their phone service. How about that!! no the customer service company does not know if I will get my product or not. Which is too bad because From the research I have done on Lasers this one had features the other didn't, Good produst decient price, NO PRODUCT THOUGH! Any one else out ther that just might come across this it looks like margeritaville is no longer a paradise. I have tried to contact the Chamber of Commerce in Boynton Beach, they did not even indicate they recieved anything from me. Looks like companies if Florida have no ethics, morals or even just a little curtesy. Go figure.
