On 6-12-2014 I was contaced by Brittany Duncan from Miner to replace a cash drawer at a Check N Go. I did so, without issue and to the complete satisfaction of the customer. I followed to the letter the requirements for IVR check in, paperwork signoff, etc. I sent in all required paperwork on 6-18-2014 and have the fax confirmation of this.

It got to be over two months without payment, so I emailed Brittnay Duncan. No response.

On 9-15 I called Miner and got the receptionist. She looked in the computer, saw the invoice, and confirmed that it had not yet been paid. She said I would have to talk to accounts payable. She said I couldn't then, as they were all in a meeting. I asked to leave a voicemail for them, and she said that she didn't think accounts payable took messages, but would try. She connected me, and the message said that accounts payable does not accept messages. The receptionist said I could email accounnts payable, which I did on 9-15. No response.

On 9-18 I emailed Miner Corporate, explained the situation, and said I would like some sort of reply. No response.

I've been in this business well over a decade. I can understand paperwork snafus, something getting lost, whatever. But when a company hasn't paid you for 90 days, and dispite repeated attempts just ignores your messages and won't call back, they either can't pay, or have no intention of paying.

This isn't a big bill. $95. But I've run across way to many companies that just hassle you into giving up on small bills like this since they know you're not going to bother suing them. This was my first and last time working for Miner.
