I am a senior citizen, aged 66, living on a very low SS fixed income.  I feel I was taken advantage of by this company because they made it sound as if I would only be charged $2.41, for a nice anti-aging face cream.  They stated if I did not want any future deliveries, I could simply cancel.  It was not clear to me that in 10 days my debit card would be charged off for over $70.00, for the small jar of "sample" cream because I did not respond within 10 days. 

I don't think I'm a stupid person, but their advertising is deceptive, unclear and in my opinion preys on older persons who may not read or understand all the jargon and small print which is hard to read and long. 

The debit put me in the minus category at my bank, so now I am completely broke until January 3, when I get my social security check.  The woman I spoke with at the company was extreemly rude and said there is NO WAY I will ever be reimbursed because I did not tell them not to charge my card within the 10 day period.  I really didn't understand that part and feel they ripped me off and now they could care less.  I am very mad at myself for being so gullible and dumb and getting myself into this horriible mess.

Since the charge is "pending" my bank can do nothing yet, but was very helpful and they told me I can dispute the charge as soon as it goes through, but it will take many days to settle if it is possible.  Meanwhile, I'm trying to sell some things on craigslist to make a little cash to get through the holidays.  I have cancelled my debit card and order a new one and will never give out the number again.

This ordeal has made me very depressed and distraught.
