Mineral Science Ordered Mineral Science on 12/5/07, received on 12/8/07, and also got Bare Minerals as a gift, trying to return Mineral Science can't get them on the phone for RMA#, and the Texas address bogus Pennsylvania Nationwide

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company is a big ripoff, you can't even get them on the phone. I called information for the number in Texas, under Mineral Science, there is no listing for them. But on the box that it came in thereis an address 13710 Hutton Dr., Farmers Branch, Texas 75234-9005. I would really like to mail this back to them, as I received Bare Minerals as a gift. Don't need two of the same, if you know whgat I mean! I Don't want my credit card charged, I will go to the next step if I have too,so they never do this to someone else.

Today is Tuesday, and I still can't get them on the phone or internet. My credit card better not get charged the $7.95 and then $59.99. I have to call my credit card company and dispute this charge. Trying still to get RMA# to send it back, I guess this is how they make money, sthey never answer the phone and they screw the consumer.Shame on them.Anne
