Accessories Online Mini Pocket Rocket delivered severely damaged, could not be ridden. San Gabriel California

We spent almost $400 for a mini pocket rocket, UPS delivered it and when we opened the box it was severely damaged, broken tail light, headlights, gauges, foot rest, handle bar, and much of the plastic covering it was either cracked or broken. I immediately called the company. I was told they would ship replacement parts, but would not turn it into UPS because they could get the parts here quicker than the could a new bike. It has been over a month, I have called 8 times, emailed 10 plus times, sent pictures of the damage, and still no parts, no running bike.

On their web ad, they state 110% satisfaction guanteed, and that parts are available in 1 to 2 days, this is false advertising, I am not satisfied even 10% and its been 35 days and no parts.
