I had decided to buy a pair of headphones one day and stumbled across the site I'm writing my report about. The price was cheaper than other sites but not enough to be raise significant suspicion at first glance. I decided to give it a try after checking out their refund policy as well as noticing that their office was supposedly based in New Mexico. Nothing out of the ordinary until I actually got what I had "ordered".

The headphones came wrapped in bubblewrap, which was my first red flag. The black bag that contained the headphones were also poor quality, a major red flag. When I witnessed the headphones themselves I noticed that they were the wrong type of headphone entirely (I had ordered buds and received over the head type) . Upon closer inspection I checked the quality and realized right away that they were bootlegs from the poor paintjob and the visible glue. I immediately sent them an email asking for a refund to which they obliged as long as I returned the product.

The next day I did just that. That would be the last I saw the package and the last I ever heard from the seller. I'm not so impatient as to have expected it to get there in a couple weeks, after all the address had said it was going to China, but after a month I emailed them and got no response. I waited a few more days and got nothing. It wasn't until I made a PayPal claim that I got any movement on their end (which was instant) . Needless to say they still deny anything and I suspect that something shady is going on because the emails they had sent me are gone and I know for a fact that I didn't do it. Take it from me and avoid this place.
