Mini Thin Jason Malice Didn't send my product Almost Heaven West Virginia

I so regret that I have been so mislead and misleading where this individual is concerned. My first order was the CD Hillbilly Hustle and the Rebel mask necklace purchase around Christmas time last year and received with in a month of the order. The items were package in a plastic type envelope no sleeve or anything on the CD. Only 3 of the songs would play but still a die-hard fan I did not want to send it back because it was autographed. I did email the company about it and they responded. My email contained a compliment on receiving my items so quickly as the site says it may take some time to get orders. An explanation of the way my CD was BUT that my friend had fixed it with toothpaste. And friendly advise that maybe they should be sent in sleeves. The email I received back was very rude nonapologetic and blamed the post office. Thinking Mini needed to hire new employees I never thought it would be this guy I thought was so awesome and I still love his stuff but don't like the man. Second order Almost Heaven paid for April 13,2018 never received. Will not answer emails nothing.
