Minnesota Better Business Bureau The First BBB, Minnesota & North Dakota Better Business Bureau posts inaccurate & false information after providing easily verifiable information and numerous requests to correct. St Paul, Minnesota

The better business bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota has posted false information regarding my company. We are not talking about our company disputing a complaint, we are simply disputing the names of which they say we operate under. They claim we have a second DBA, or assumed name. This name they state we operate under has no affiliation to our company, and this information can be easily fact checked using the department of commerce or secretary of state site to see whom the registered owner of the assumed name is. However after 2 requests and 1 call to their offices we have had no response and communication with them to remove this entirely false and inaccurate information.

This is terribly damaging to our business plan as it make it look as if we operate a service we don't wish to operate. It also leaves us open to wrongful complaints being filed against us under the this alter identity.

For a company whom main goal is to serve the public with factual consumer information regarding companies ethics. I would question the BBB's for making assumptions and not fact checking their information. Lastly not working with a company to get this information corrected in a timely matter. I would give the BBB a "F" rating using there system for failing to communicate regarding a complaint filed against them, posting false and inaccurate information and misleading consumers.
