 The financial representative obtained all our personal financial information of my husband, my daughter and I. Then he claimed that we were 100% approved for a truck loan with a $500 down. I explained to Jeff Life, the financial specialist that we were 5 1/2 hours away, that if we would arrive close to 7pm. To better leave the signing of papers and picking up truck for next day. He claimed that he will be waiting and to go ahead and embark in 11 hour round trip to sign quick papers and pick up truck that we desperately needed for that coming Friday. I begged him not to make me drive 5 1/2 hours with 2 minor children knowing that I was disabled and it was rough in my health. He assured us that it was "a done deal". I called him 3 times to ask him if everything was 100% ok and to please let me know of any changes. We got there 5 minutes to 7pm. He was not there and they told us that they were closed. To come back next day. I told them that I was not moving till they get the owner and financial specialist on the phone or at the dealership. Finally the financial specialist got on the phone and after I complained about so much lying, sarcastically, he said that I could take the truck for an extra $1500. That the Bank had requested more money. The bank closed at 5pm so I was furious I told him that if he would had called me at 5pm, he could had save me 4 hours of driving. So I drove 11 hours and got home empty handed with a severe migraine that lasted 3 days. They have no shame. I contacted the owner, Imran Muneeb, he never contacted us to apologize or to offer reimbursement for the $250 11 hour trip for 4 people. They are a disgrace. I have the financial specialist conversations recorded in my phone to show how he assured us that everything was ready to be signed and to get the truck. Shame, shame, shame on them!
