Let me start out by saying I was new to the area and was looking for a dentist I heard their ad on the radio and decided to try it. I called in and asked if I could get some veneers and a dental implant they said yes that they did both there in office and if they except my insurance they said yes. When I went in they told me I needed to get my cleaning done and a filling I said OK she proceeded to tell me that she which was the doctor was unable to do my implant there an office and that I was going to have to see a specialist. She also explained to me how much the veneers would be which is more than what I was willing to pay for so I let her finish my cleaning and give me the information to the specialist this was the beginning of the year so I knew I had more than enough to cover everything on top of which I had a healthcare card to pay for it.
At that point once leaving the office I called the specialist to make an appointment for the very next week I went in and had my procedure done paid him I knew it would be a couple of months to heal before I could get the actual implant done. Once I was released from the specialist I was to go back to mint dentistry to finish my job however while leaving the specialist office they stated I had a remaining balance come to find out dentistry had taken more of my insurance than what they were supposed to take. Come to find out they say that they except all insurance however they except Delta dental insurance and they don't have to pay the full amount through Delta.
Any other insurance company they over charged to their insurance so that takes more out of your insurance that you are expected to take. I would not recommend going back here they can inform you on other bills however they don't inform you of how much their assessment is going to be and how much they're going to take out of your insurance so they leave you with an outstanding bill stating that you Owe. Mint dentistry and their ad is a rip off they need to have better train assistance as well as managers when I contacted the manager back in June I never received a call back a couple of weeks I received a text about my cleaning .
I then proceeded to talk to another manager on Thursday, July 7 today is Wednesday, July 13 not one still has gotten back with me to resolve the issue during our conversation on July 7 the manager stated she needed to call me back on another line due to the phone and I have not received a call back as of yet very disappointing and I would not even give them a full star I then proceeded to talk to another manager on Thursday, July 7 today is Wednesday, July 13 not one still has gotten back with me to resolve the issue during our conversation on July 7 the manager stated she needed to call me back on another line due to the phone and I have not received a call back as of yet very disappointing and I would not even give them a full star. I did not expect to get my procedure done for free however I did set aside the money for what it would cost.

Insurance does not pay for veneers - that is considered Cosmetic Surgery and is an elective. Second where the hell did you learn to spell? All new Dentists - call around - require x-rays and a cleaning especially if you have had one in years. Second is there a reason you pick this facility? I know this facility and they are not cheap. If you wanted "cheap" then you should have gone to MEXICO!! Veneers and implants are very expensive and once again not covered by insurance unless the Dentist can prove it is a need based correction. So guess what - no rip off.
