This Minuteman Press business was unprofessional and broke a commitment they made to do my job (October 2009). I was holding an important meeting in Chicago at the Michigan Avenue Westin and needed help with a complex print job. Gary Allison e-mailed a quote and when I spoke with him, he committed to the job. We called the next week on Friday to confirm the work that we needed the next day, and he said, "oh, we can't do that."
It was extraordinarily poor service and professionalism. I would strongly advise that you find an alternative for your printing needs. This service was unacceptable. The owner lied to me and that cost me precious time and made my meeting n Chicago very complicated. This company is not to be trusted.

After a less-than-polite e-mail from Mr. Allison, I will grant that the episode may have hinged on miscommunication unique to our circumstances and will withdraw my critique. As this website does not permit the withdraw of a post, I add this information to mitigate the original post.
